Falling a Bit Behind!

Well, I think I have failed in my first attempt at blogging in cyberworld! It has been almost 2 months since I have posted anything. I will try and do better.

Things are moving at warp speed in our home. Kalli turns 2 this week. It seems like just yesterday that I was pregnant with her. She has grown so fast. Emaleigh is doing well. She is learning to read and actually enjoying it (most of the time). I have enjoyed it too and this is shocking considering the stress that came with teaching the other two to read. Tori is doing great in her gymnastics. She is working hard this spring to skip some levels over the summer. She would live at the gym if we would let her! I am glad that she has found her passion and gift. Brianna is also having a great spring. She is working to enter into an early college admissions program. She is fasinated with science and is a whiz in her algebra.

I have really enjoyed all of the rain we are getting. The grass and leaves are soooo green and pretty. Of course this means more lawn work, but it sure is pretty. We head out this weekend to a leadership convention that Brianna and Tori are involved in. It should be a fun little trip!

I really am going to try and do better with my posting! I think I may go right now and try to figure out how to add pictures!! Wish me luck :)

Check up!

Wow! I can't believe that February is already here! This has been one of those crazy weeks. I feel like I am living in the car running kiddos from one thing to another. I guess when you have four kids you kinda agree to do that for a few years :)

I am going on a retreat this weekend for the ladies at my church. I must admit that I am pretty nervous about going. I have gone once before about six years ago and had a pretty yucky time. Mostly I think because I did not know anyone there. Now I do so it should be more fun. I think I am going to try and find someone attending that does not know many people and make a new friend!!

I am feeling a bit stressed and overwhelmed this week. So many things to do! William has taken the day off of work tomorrow to help me get some of it done before I leave.

I guess I might should get off of the computer and start getting it done :)

I did want to mention before I do that Kalli is still sick. She has had a sinus infection and ear infections since September. Each antibiotic they try seems to work a little bit, but not all the way. This last round I thought worked really well, but after she was off of it for a week, she started to get sick again. She is now on another round, but this time it is for three weeks. She is on a different type of antiobiotic eye drop also. At one point the sinus infection backed up into her eyes and is still in one of them. Anyway, keep her in your prayers that she will heal up soon!!

Now, on to getting that stuff done!!
